Terms of Service
The price for any Goods ordered by You will be the price shown on the email quotation.
All our prices include supply of the products, VAT and 12 months Warranty. We do not charge for fitting and offer this as a free service when you purchase from us unless stated otherwise at the time of the quotation.
Deposit payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card and are non-refundable on all made to measure products after a period of 24 hours, as these products are not resalable and the manufacturing process is usually under way after that period. Balance payments are due when the products are delivered and fitted. If fitting is delayed 30 days by You then the balance payment must be made and we will deliver the goods to the address agreed.
To cancel Your order You must notify Us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of making deposit payment as above quoting Your name, address and postcode.
You cannot change or cancel Your order after 24 hours if the Goods You have ordered are manufactured, measured or custom-made to Your requirements or specifications as these Goods will not be resalable by us. We regret that once Your order has been accepted by Us in relation to such Goods and entered on Our manufacturing process We are unable to accept any changes to these Goods or cancellation of Your order.
Grove Home Interiors will deliver Your Goods to the address You have provided for delivery as soon as possible after Your order is acknowledged by You. We will advise You of the estimated delivery date when We accept Your order. We normally aim to deliver Goods within approx 14-21 working days of acceptance of Your order. The date notified to You will be an estimate only and We give no guarantee that We will be able to deliver on that date.
Ownership of, and risk in, the Goods will pass to You once they have been delivered to You. If You return the Goods, ownership of, and risk in the Goods returned will pass to Us on receipt of the Goods by Us.
Grove Home Interiors warrants that all Goods sold to You will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery of the Goods to You, subject to normal wear and tear.
If Your Goods are defective or a defect upon fitting or a fault arises within the following 12 months, You are entitled to return them to Us provided You have first contacted Us through the telephone order help-line or e-mail address shown on Our website, or in writing at the address set out in the ‘Contact Us’ section of Our website, giving Us details of the defects, but only if We have agreed that the Goods should be returned to Us. If it appears that the Goods are defective We will promptly arrange for the item(s) to be repaired or remade at our cost and refitted.
We shall have no liability to You for any failure to deliver Goods You have ordered or for any delay in doing so or for any change of the specified delivery date or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered, that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond Our reasonable control including, without limitation, third party default, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which We exclude Our liability to You) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Except for Our affiliates, directors, employees or representatives, a person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
This contract is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
